TICKETS for the 2019 Glastonbury Festival sold out this morning.
The tickets went on sale at 9am, with thousands getting up to try to buy.
However, many were left disappointed after just over half an hour.
The festival takes place at Worthy Farm, Pilton, on the last weekend of June next year, after a fallow year in 2018.
However, festival goers will have another chance to buy tickets during a final resale, which takes place in April.

"We are blown away by the huge demand, looks like record numbers tried.
"Thank you for your patience and incredible support and for those of you who missed out, there will be a ticket resale in April."
