This month will see just six cruise ships making calls to the port with mainly German passengers onboard.

The Astor is making two calls on July 16th and 24th with the Amadea arriving on July 21st and Aegean Odyssey on the 25th.

Amadea, the former Japanese vessel Asuka is on a Bremerhaven-to-Bremerhaven Round Britain cruise.

The ultra luxurious cruise ship Seabourn Quest has cancelled a scheduled call at Penzance on July 16th to berth in Falmouth as she starts a 45 day long “Atlantic Isles Quest” cruise that began in Dover and ends in Montreal.

Carrying a number of mixed nationality passengers will be the dapper cruise ship Hebridean Princess calling on July 17th. This is the ship that HM Queen chartered for her 80th birthday celebrations. She is on her “Isles of Scilly and Celtic Coast” cruise out of Oban.
