EVENTS Square will be host to a fantastic selection of live acts throughout Falmouth Week, beginning on Sunday, August 11.

There will be something for everyone, from sea shanties to 80s pop and everything in between.

It kicks of on August 11 with The Wurzels Hog Roast and Cider Night.

The Westcountry legends return again for a night of classic anthems.

On Monday, August 12, it's Falmouth Rocks.

Three of the best rock tribute acts in the country will make for one massive night of iconic music from AC/DC UK, Guns2Roses and Wrong Jovi.

It's a Mexican flavour on Tuesday, August 13, with The Mariachis.

Known as 'The official band of the Doritos adverts', the four-piece South American group will be singing your favourite pop classics with a Mexican twist.

The group recently supported Rod Stewart on his UK stadium tour, performing to more than one million people.

Things get funky on Wednesday, August 14, with The Craig Charles Funk and Soul Show.

The legendary actor, broadcaster and host is one of the UK’s most loved funk and soul DJs and will be supported by funk band Daytoner.

On Thursday, August 15, it's Ska Night, with a double-bill from Rudi’s Message and The Dualers.

It's poptastic on Friday, August 16, with the Epic 80s vs 90s Extravaganza.

It will feature a DJ set with Martin Kemp and live performance from S Club.

On Saturday, August 17, Queen tribute act The Bohemians: A Night of Queen, will take to the stage.

Their special guests will be U2UK, playing all of U2’s greatest hits.

The evening shows round off on Sunday, August 18, with a comedy show from Jethro and Cornish songs from The Oggymen.
