From Honiton take the A30 in an easterly direction signed towards Yeovil and London, following signs to Yarcombe and Chard. Continue through Yarcombe passing the church on the left hand side. Climb the hill and take the next turning right into Pound Lane at the end of a row of houses. Follow Pound Lane into open countryside and at the grass triangle turn to the left dropping gently to cross the river at a small ford. Climb gently up the other side and the property will be found on the left hand side as Pound Lane continues around to the right.
