Rivermead, my sunny home for the last 15 years holds so much love laughter and happiness within its walls that I'm sure you will sense from the minute you step over the threshold. St Ives is a much-loved town famed for its art culture and history and narrow streets radiating out from the harbour are lined with old stone cottages and an excellent selection of shops and restaurants. Walks abound in the area, across the Penwith Moors and along the coastal footpath where the scenery is among the best in the country. There are glorious sandy beaches to either side of the town and golf at the West Cornwall. St. Ives also has a primary and secondary school.


From the A30, West bound follow the signs for St. Ives. Pass across the 1st mini roundabout. at the next roundabout take the 1st exit for Lelant Downs. Follow without deviation for approx. 3 miles then turn right on the B3311 to St. Ives. Continue through Halsetown until the next junction and turn right on B2206 for St. Ives. Pass the fire station (right) and take the right-hand road immediately after The Leach Pottery (Penbeagle Way), then turn right at our for sale board to the top of the gravel driveway.
