Order 2015 Notice under Article 13 of Application for Planning Permission Proposed development at land at North Yate. I give notice that Heron Land Developments Ltd is applying to South Gloucestershire Council for planning permission to vary Condition 41 of the outline planning consent reference: PK12/1913/0 for housing and mixed use development at land north of Brimsham Park at Yate (the North Yate New Neighbourhood).

* "owner" means a person having a freehold interest or a leasehold interest the unexpired termofwhich is notless than seven years,or, in thecaseof developmentconsisting ofthewinning or working ofminerals, a person entitled toan interestin a mineral in theland (other than oil, gas, coal, gold or silver).
** "tenant" means a tenant of an agricultural holding any part of which is comprised in the land.
