Order 2015 Notice under Article 13 of Application for Planning Permission
Proposed development at land at North Yate.
I give notice that Heron Land Developments Ltd is applying to South Gloucestershire Council for planning permission to vary Condition 12 of the outline planning consent reference: PK12/1913/0 for housing and mixed use development at land north of Brimsham Park at Yate (the North Yate New Neighbourhood).
Any owner* of the land or tenant** who wishes to make representations about this application should write to the Council at South Gloucestershire Council, Development Services, PO Box 2081, South Gloucestershire, BS35 9BP within 21 days of this notice.
* "owner" means a person having a freehold interest or a leasehold interest theunexpiredtermofwhichisnotlessthansevenyears,or,inthecaseof developmentconsistingofthewinningorworkingofminerals,aperson entitled to an interest in a mineral in the land (other than oil, gas, coal, gold or silver).
** "tenant" means a tenant of an agricultural holding any part of which is comprised in the land.
Statement of owners' rights
The grant of planning permission does not affect owners' rights to retain or dispose of their property, unless there is some provision to the contrary in an agreementor in a lease.
