COOPEY Maureen Kathleen Terry and his daughter Maria would like to thank all family members and friends who attended Maureen's funeral and for all the lovely cards and messages received. Special thanks go to Sarah Copp and the staff at The Sunflower Centre at St Margaret's Hospice, Taunton. Dr M Smart (GP), Dr R Stone and colleagues at Somerset Lung Centre, Musgrove Park Hospital, Dee Smith and her team of District Nurses; The Rapid Response nursing team at Deane Barton Hospital, Cotford. Staff at Thornhill Care Services with special mention to Margaret Yard. Dr Ishmael (Out of hours service). Special mention to Helen Potter who became a good friend. All of the above were involved in Maureen's End of Life Care which was amazing. Thank you also to Ann Fulton, Chaplain at St Margaret's for her support and prayers. Many thanks to Quantock Funeral Services for all their thoroughly professional and sympathetic help and advice.
