ADDICOTT Dennis In loving memory of a wonderful husband, dad, grandad and great grandad, who passed away 21st January 2005. A beautiful nature, loyal and true, one in a million that was you. Too good to die, too precious to lose, it broke our hearts the day you died. Beautiful memories are all we have left, we will always love you and never forget.
