YEOVIL Town went down 1-0 at Gillingham tonight in the Coca-Cola League One.
The decisive goal came in the tenth minute when Simeon Jackson stroked home a penalty past Yeovil keeper Alex McCarthy after Glovers defender Stefan Stam had been adjudged to have fouled Fabian Brandy inside the box.
Yeovil's cause was not helped in the second-half when JP Kalala was sent-off for a second bookable offence.
He was cautioned in the 70th minute for a challenge on Brandy and was then red-carded eight minutes later for a foul on Kevin Maher.
Yeovil remain in 13th spot in the table and Terry Skiverton's side will be looking to get back to winning ways when they play host to Walsall at Huish Park next Tuesday night.
