SECOND-placed Breakaways won by eight pins against leaders B&A’s in Division 1 of the Bridgwater Town and District Skittle League after coming back from 19 pins down after three hands.
Flagabonds won by 60 at the Lime Kiln, Lynchers by 574-526 at the Ring o’Bells against Slew-Ways, Glen Cornell hitting 91 and Trevor Loader 89.
Daydreamers won by three at the Blake Arms against Travellers in Division 2, Knowle Inn and Wembdon Crickets tied on 431 at Bawdrip, King William woin by 13 away to Lambs and Durleigh Wanderers by 17s at the Blake Hall.
Pigeon Shooters won by six at Hardy Sports to lead Division 3.
Cupid Stunts won by 67 at home to Old Bangers, Magpies by 19 at Athelney and Teadrinkers and Buccaneers tied on 463 at the Commercial.
Hazelnuts won by 90 at the Globe, Cannington, with 508 and top Division 4.
Second placed Jack’s Boys won by 15 at the Foresters, third place George Inn won by five at home to Cobblers and Warriors by 55 pins at the Lion’s Club.
In Division 5, Globetrotters won by 14 at Admirals, Livin on a Spare by eight at the Thatchers Arms, Sarah’s Swingers by 34 at Non Starters and Plonkers by 15 at the Sportsman.
