TOP team Tiger Old Boys played second-placed Red Tile in the Uxella Bridgwater Sunday League Bill Brown Division 1 Cup and it was the Tigers who ran out 7-1 after a hat-trick from the prolific Ian Bellinger.

Carl Jones (2), Paul Goss and Josh Turner added the others as the leaders cruised home.

Two goals apiece from Mike Moule and Ty Freitas saw Pawlett Rebels to a 6-3 victory over Blake Old Boys. Simon Coombes and Mattie Winter added the other Rebel goals.

In the John Morrell Division 2 Cup, New Foresters beat Flag Old Boys 4-2, thanks to a Rob White hat-trick and the other from Brendan Pope.

Puriton beat Cobblestones 5-3.

Rhoe Lane Wanderers cruised to a 4-1 win against Huntspill Crowns in the semi-finals of the Geoff Harvey Division 3 Cup. Joe Fitzsimmons (2), Martyn Milton and Aaron Larsson were on target for the winners.

Joining them in the final will be Spenny’s Sports Bar, who beat North Petherton 5-2 with four of their goals going to Harry Foster and Ossian Gould making sure.

Petherton had Jordan Pople (2) on target.

The final will take place at Bridgwater Town on Sunday, December 14.

In Division 3, Stogursey Rangers beat Woolavington 5-0.
