Derby clash for Berrow
THE New Year kicks off with a tasty local derby between Berrow and Bridgwater Town Reserves at Fairfax Park on Saturday January 4 (KO 2pm).
The sides are yet to meet this season, but the Premier Division league table suggests that Berrow go into the game as slight favourites.
Berrow are currently eighth having taken 30 points from their 18 games, while Bridgwater find themselves 14th - just four points off the relegation zone.
