AFTER suffering their first loss in eight games last weekend, Taunton Town aim to get back on track when they visit Yate Town in the Calor League tomorrow (3pm).
On paper it is likely to be a tight affair with only one place in the table separating the sides.
But the Peacocks will have to overturn a poor record at Lodge Road to come home with the spoils.
The reverse fixture ended in a 2-2 draw at Wordsworth Drive back in August.
Manager Leigh Robinson said: “Our performances in the last two games haven’t been bad but the key moments haven’t gone our way.
“What I am not pleased about on reflection is our mental approach as the concentration levels have dipped and this has cost us points. We need to rectify this urgently before a really important Christmas and New Year period.”
Owen Irish misses Saturday’s trip as he is banned for one game for accumulating five bookings this season but Joe Perry returns in goal after being suspended for the Godalming clash and Rob Norrish should also be fit following a bout of tonsillitis.
