RUNNING: Ian leads Hydro Harriers challenge
THREE Hydro Harriers were among the 214 finishers in the five mile Weston Prom Run.
In his debut in the race, Ian Salter was star performer, his 32m 39s earning 47th place.
Also running were Rowland Lyons (37m30s, 130th) and James Wright (41m 42s, 175th).
Lyons also finished the Barking (Essex) Parkrun on Saturday in fourth place out of a field of 23 runners with a time of 22m 19s.
