SOMERSET Rebels are to stage a ‘Scrumpy and Western’ fundraising night at the Oaktree Arena on Saturday, February 9, to help raise further funds towards the club’s air-fence fund.

The entertainment will be provided by covers band Combyne ‘Arvester, who play songs written and performed by many top artists, but in the style of Adge Cutler and the Wurzels, together with a disco.

Tickets for the event, which starts at 7pm, are priced at £5, which includes a basket meal and are available by calling 01278-782216.

The Oaktree Arena will once again play host to the Premier League Pairs Championship on May 31, the seventh successive year that the Rebels will have staged the event.

The Rebels also have two new sponsors to join them for 2013 those being TQ Excel and Tor Multimix Ltd.
