TIVERTON Town progressed to the Redinsure Southern League Cup Final on Tuesday evening with a fine 3-1 win over premier division Hungerford Town.
The Yellows fell behind early on when Mark Draycott notched his 27th goal of the season.
But Tivvy’s Dan Smith was in scintillating form, crossing for Max Kowal to equalise then getting a brace himself before half time.
Tivvy controlled the second half and went through to the two-legged final against St Neots Town.
Tivvy host the first leg on Tuesday, March 18 then travel to Cambridgeshire on Tuesday, April 8 for the second leg.
