The Packet Predictor did not get a single prediction wrong last week - by virtue of the fact that none of the games actually took place.

This week, emboldened by my "success", I will look into my crystal football and see what I can find.....

Torpoint Athletic v Falmouth Town - A Senior Cup quarter-final and as everyone knows, anything can happen in the drama of a one-off game. Two weeks ago they drew 3-3 in the league and another close contest is almost inevitable. With both teams sat in mid-table, their respective seasons hinge on this game. I'll go for the same result - if a different scoreline - as my prediction two weeks ago.

Torpoint Athletic 1, Falmouth Town 2

Helston Athletic v Cullompton Rangers - Helston have had a desperately difficult run of fixtures but this one looks distinctly winnable, with the mid-Devon side looking very fragile on their travels. Helston will represent their farthest away game and with the Blues returning to near full strength after a string of injuries and suspensions, I fancy them to record their ninth win of the campaign.

Helston Athletic 3, Cullompton 1

Wendron Utd v Dobwalls - Dobwalls have not won a league game this year, while Wendron have shown signs of recovery after a poor run. They had a superb last-ditch win at St Dennis last time out and victory here will see them leapfrog neighbouring Porthleven, who are without a game this weekend. I feel a draw coming on though.

Wendron United 1, Dobwalls 1

In the remaining three Senior Cup ties, Bodmin and Saltash should dispose of Ludgvan and Holmans respectively without too much alarm, while Millbrook will fancy creating an upset at home to Newquay. I have a feeling the Peppermints may sneak through though, to give us an all-Premier last four.
