The Cornwall Senior Cup swings back into action this weekend, with either Penryn or Wendron guaranteed a place in the quarter-final when the neighbours do battle at Kernick Road on Saturday (2pm).
Free-scoring Athletic will be marginal favourites given home advantage and respective league positions, but Charlie Davis' men have already raised a few eyebrows this season.
He said: "We know how Penryn play so we'll prepare for that. They have been pretty potent at home this season so we'll be aiming to nullify that. I think the first 20 minutes of any game is important, so hopefully we can nick a goal in that time and put them under a bit of pressure."
Davis has a full squad to choose from, with captain Justin Searle available again after being away during the New Year period.
