Cornwall Cricket League's annual meeting will be held at the council offices in Truro on Wednesday.
One of the proposals to be discussed is the reduction of Divisions 5 and 6 to ten teams from the current number of 12.
The new plan would involve the creation of Division 5 Central, following on from the introduction of Division 6 Central last season, to run alongside Division 6 West and East.
St Gluvias thirds and Falmouth fourths are both in Division 6 Central.
