ROB Elloway will have the privilege of leading the Cornish Pirates onto the pitch on Sunday as he makes his 200th appearance for them.

The 31-year-old hooker has been named in the starting XV for the Greene King IPA Championship clash against Rotherham and will be the first player out from the tunnel to mark the special occasion.

His 200th cap comes eight years after he first arrived at the Pirates, joining from Gloucester.

Born on a British Army base in Germany, Elloway has played twice for the country and has also represented the England U18s.

For Sunday's game, Alex Cheesman will take the captain's armband as regular skipper Chris Morgan is injured.
