A SECOND half goal from Steve Burt was the deciding factor on Wednesday evening as Wendron United fell to their first defeat of the season.
The newly promoted side travelled to Trungle Parc for a clash with Mousehole in the South West Peninsula League West Division.
Proceedings stayed level until the second half when Burt broke the deadlock with what proved to be the game's only strike.
Tomorrow, Dron host Liskeard Athletic at Underlane, with the visitors coming off an incredible 11-1 win away at Vospers Oak Villa on Wednesday.
Top of the goal scoring charts was Nick Aplin who fired home five times during the drubbing.
