Haygrove netballers reach regional competition
NETBALLERS at Haygrove School scooped the runners-up position at the Somerset Under-16 championships.
They beat Kings Bruton 7-5, Kings Taunton 10-4, Shapwick 17-0 and Taunton 6-3 in the semi-finals before losing 16-9 to King’s Taunton in the final.
The girls now move on to the regional round of the national schools championships being held in January in Bournemouth.
