FOOTBALL: Harry Purser joins Exeter City FC Academy

HARRY Purser of Cotford St Luke has been signed by the Exeter City FC Academy’s Under-10s following a trial.

Purse played for Bishops Lydeard Under-7s and Under-8s before playing for Yeovil Town at Under-9 level until they disbanded their centre of excellence.

Exeter pre-season fixtures against a number of premier league sides including Manchester United and Liverpool.

They then play a programme of matches against other Academy sides through the season such as Torquay, Plymouth Argyle and Swindon Town.
