THE fight for the Bridgwater Ladies Darts League second division title remains tight as all three contenders won last week.

Leaders The Duke beat Queen of Tarts 8-4, Harlots were 7-5 winners over The Market despite a Jeanette Coleman 104 away and Foresters A received an 8-0 walkover Lime Kiln B.

Knowle Inn beat Tuckers Muckers 8-4, whilst Lime Kiln A received a walkover.

In the top division, Squib A continued on their unbeaten run with a 12-3 win over No Hope.

The battle for runners up is now a three-way fight, because of that result, Castle Club current sit second after they beat Blake Arms 11-4 with the aid of a Lyn Hart 171.

The Flag beat the Parrett 10-5 in a match that contained 101 and 100 aways by Steph Boyer, whilst Sue Willoughby also hit a ton away.

The Fockers seem to have the best chance of pinching second spot as they beat Pawlett 11-4 and also have games in hand on the other two. Lyn Mutter hit a 100 away in the other match played as Crown A side beat the Bird 8-7.

Captains are reminded that all make up matches must be played before the last league match of the season.
