BURNHAM United U-13s have now gone two years unbeaten at home after this draw with Banwell.
The visitiors arrived with a record of six straight wins and, having already knocked Burnham out of the cup, it looked as if they were favourites for the match.
Burnham harried and chased everything form the kick off and took the lead through Yates' low shot before half time.
Banwell showed why they are so highly rated in the second half but were met by solid resistance from Evans, Yates, Hembrough and Christison.
The visitors did score from a well-worked corner to draw them level.
Burnham worked a good corner and Butt casually slid the ball home to get back in front. They could not hold out for the win as Banwell scored again but the home record remains intact.
