BOTH leaders in Division Two of the Taunton LVA Tuesday Skittles League lost to teams just below them.

Drifters coasted against Quantock Poachers winning by 28, while Near Misses scraped home by one pin after being 23 down with two hands to play.

Both teams are now only two points behind with three games to go.

The Hounds have the best away team score to date with 530 at the Bird in Hand, while best individual away score to date is from Trevor Nex with 88 at the Bird in Hand.
