Bridgwater Swimming Club anniversary
BRIDGWATER Amateur Swimming Club is celebrating its 125th anniversary this Thursday, May 23.
To celebrate, the swimmers have been issued with anniversary hats, with T-shirts on their way.
On Wednesday, July 3 there will be a barbecue at Quantock Lodge, starting at 7pm, and the club would love any former members to come along.
Tickets are £3 each, to be bought in advance by emailing bridgwaterswim@gmail.com.
The club is going from strength to strength, with great performances in the National Arena and Cotswolds Leagues, and a number of swimmers have taken part in regional competitions this month.
