ILMINSTER Town Under-16 girls were narrowly beaten in their Somerset Girls League match at home to Clevedon United, 4-3.
The result from the top-of-the-table clash leaves Ilminster three points behind Clevedon at the top of the Under-16 Division, having won their previous four matches.
This coming Saturday, Ilminster are away to Yatton Athletic (ko 10.30am).
