Wembdon Dragons 1, Wembdon Saints 3

It was the Saints who started the brighter with Kieran Barrow making a few good runs down the right, causing a few problems for the Dragons' defence.
Against the run of play it was the Dragons who took the lead when Robert Whitehouse had time to steady himself and deliver a delightful chip over Dan James in the Saints goal.
This was the wakeup call Saints needed and soon equalised through captain Will Andrews, following up a save from Travis Moore in the Dragons goal.
The second half saw Saints take the lead following hesitation in the Dragons defence and Brandon Cook nipped in to poke the ball home.
The Dragons put the Saints defence under a lot of pressure in the second half but they were under no real threat as Alex Stevens, Ben Jackson, Joe Redman and Ben Cotton kept the threat of Alfie Griffin in check.
Good work from Tom French in the middle of the park kept the ball moving to Kristian West who proved a threat on the left.
The Saints managed to make the points safe following a cool finish from Oliver Smith scoring on his debut for the side.
