Enmore Park Seniors had only one match this week, away on the Long Sutton course.

Severely affected by the winter flooding, the course has recovered remarkably well.

So much so that the home players almost completely outplayed the Enmore squad winning by seven matches to one.

The single Enmore point was gained by John Rigler with Jefferson Horsley.

180 senior golfers took part in the Enmore seniors open, a testament to the high regard for visiting players to experience the course. However, home player, John Taylor, took the honours with a fantastic 46 points, also winning the Ron Holman cup in the process.
