TIVERTON Town beat Fleet Town 2-1 in Division 1 South of the Calor Southern league yesterday to secure a home tie in the play-offs.
They now face Paulton Rovers at Ladysmead on Tuesday (7.30pm).
Fleet produced a spirited performance although the visitors' goal led a charmed life at times.
Tiverton took the lead in the 30th minute when Dan Smith's cross was headed home by Matt Wright for his 18th of the season.
Sam Malsom and Marcus Martin tried their luck but Fleet keeper Ryan Pryce was in superb form.
Fleet's Simba Mlamabo caused problems with his pace all game and he pounced on James Richard's slip immediately after the break to level the scores.
Tivvy took the lead with Sam Malsom's deflected shot in the 55th minute.
Pryce later denied Martin, Michael Nardiello and Shane Krac as Tivvy moved up a gear.
