ILMINSTER Town manager Darren Manley is desperately hoping tomorrow’s game against Shirehampton (3pm) goes ahead after yet another home postponement against Berrow last Saturday.
It’s a frustrating time for Manley and his side, who are now trying to get their head around the prospect of five games in ten days in April.
He said: “We have asked the council to help us out because the big problem is we are all volunteers so we haven’t got the time to get down and do the work on the pitch.
“Every time we’ve played Shirehampton we haven’t had a full strength team out, so I’m hoping we can get a full team out this weekend and have a good go at them.”
