EXETER Chiefs, who entertain Newcastle in the Aviva Premiership today (3pm), have been lifted by the news that club captain Dean Mumm has signed a new two-year contract.
The Australian's lock's new deal will keep him at Sandy Park until 2016.
Mumm, 29, arrived from Super 15 side New South Wales Waratahs in 2012, and was given the club captaincy in August.
He is joint top try-scorer for the Chiefs this season.
