Bridgwater College footballers crowned five-a-side champions
BRIDGWATER College’s Women’s Development squad have been crowned Somerset Colleges five-a-side football champions at Yeovil College. The team faced Strode, Yeovil, Somerset and Richard Huish colleges. Bridgwater proved victorious after a very close competition, winning three games and drawing one.
Andy Gill, Academy Director said: “The tournament was very competitive, with all teams doing well, but conceding only one goal in four games showed that we really work hard as a squad not to get beaten.”
