WATCHET Town boss Steve Perkins says his side will not be intimidated when they travel to second placed Cutters Friday at the weekend.

Town have picked up nine points from their last five league outings to lift them to 14th in the table.

Perkins hopes to name trio Neil Peek, Tayler Maddock and Jack Page in Saturday’s team after they were unavailable for last Saturday’s match against Nailsea – which was postponed due to a waterlogged pitch.

The fixture backlog due to poor weather could hit the team hard when they tackle six games in around ten days soon and Perkins said his team need to take their chances in front of goal.

He added: “They are a very physical side but we beat them 1-0 at home, we took our chances and we defended really well.

“We will go there with a game plan and focus on us playing well.”
