THE spatulas will be on standby and the rolling pins raring to go at a cooker centre and kitchen showroom tomorrow.

After a near four-year-gap, the ‘Ultimate Cooking Experience’ returns to Spillers of Chard at the town’s business park for their open day on Saturday, October 6, from 9am to 5pm.

Some 15 chefs, including top TV chef Mike Robinson, will be cooking up a storm at the nationally renowned, 12,000 sq ft kitchen showrooms, which are filled with some of the world’s best known appliance brands.

Among the brands on offer are Aga, Miele, Siemens, Lacanche, Rangemaster, Neff, Wolf, Falcon, Rayburn, De Dietrich, Mercury and AEG.

Visitors can expect a number of special offers and everyone attending will have the chance to win a £3,000 Aga Range Cooker just by turning up.

Plenty of other businesses are joining in the activities, including Mercedes Cars, Jacuzzi Hot Tubs, Forest Foods, Norcotts Cider, Sue’s Flowers, Leakers Bakery, Barrington Pottery and more.
