POLICE in Yeovil are appealing for the owners of property (pictured) to make contact to reclaim their belongings.

The property was recovered following the execution of a warrant under the misuse of drugs act at an address in Sherborne Road, Yeovil, on Tuesday, July 17.

Drugs were located at the property as well as large number of stolen goods that are suspected to have been taken in burglaries committed both locally and in Dorset.

A police spokesman said: "Some property found on the warrant has already been identified and returned to it's rightful owner however the property pictured is still in police possession along with other items that officers believe have been stolen."

And they added: "We are also keen to speak to any fishermen in the area who may have had property taken recently."

A 41-year-old man was arrested at the property and has been bailed.

Anyone who believes some of this property is theirs is asked to call Police Sergeant 3905 Barnett on 101 and make and appointment.
