STAFF at a fire control centre have been chilling out with reflexology treatments.
As part of Devon and Somerset Fire and Rescue Service’s well@work programme, off duty workers at Hestercombe House have enjoyed stress busting sessions.
The treatments, with Tracey Smith, from the Association of Reflexologists, are aimed at tackling stress, depression, anxiety and other mental health issues.
The well@work scheme raises awareness of wellbeing and explores how the service can support permanent recovery of ill health due to stress and pressure of work.
CONTROL operator Wendy Marchmont gets her reflexology treatment from Tracey Smith, watched by watch manager Sally Murphy, watch manager Hannah Evans and manager Diana Wrightcrew.
