THIEVES targeted the Monks Yard in Horton Cross this weekend.
Staff locked up at around 1am on Saturday night after a party at the venue and the break-ins took place at some point after this.
The thieves did not manage to take much, as the till was kept secure.
Dean Holling of the Monks Yard said: “Every room had its door crowbarred open apart from the events room where the party was held.
“The only thing they got away with was the staff's tip jars and a tin of loose change. We will now not be leaving either of these things in the coffee shop.”
