The A378 at Fivehead reopened following dramatic crash

THE A378 at Fivehead has reopened after a car rolled, felled an electricity pylon and caught fire.
The incident happened around the Gange’s Hill area near Whites Cottage at about 8.30am.
The driver was able to get themselves out of the car and escaped serious injury, a spokesman for South Western Ambulance Service said.
Traffic diversions were put in place but latest reports suggest the road has reopened, the damage pylon removed and the burned-out car recovered.
