RE:ACT pupils enjoyed a day with Stuart Bryson in Bridgwater last month.

The Re:ACT pupils performed alongside Stuart as part of the show at the McMillan Theatre and they were in awe of him. Stuart did Q&A’s, did one to one singing, gave performance advice to the students and more.

Stuart said: “I loved being in Somerset, reliving many of my childhood holiday memories, and what a joy to see and hear so many talented youngsters being excited and passionate about musical theatre.

“I was made very welcome by both young and old(er) throughout my trip. The evening at the McMillan was a joy superbly organised by the incredible Tal Barrett and RE:Act.”

Tal Barrett said: “The event was really well attended and had fantastic audience response.

"They loved hearing fresh new music and it’s the start of the partnership between myself and Stu, leading us to a London production of one of Stu’s musicals this year that will engage some of our students.”

Representatives from Europa Park, Tileyard Recording Studios and Donald Rice attended the evening in Bridgwater. Featured performances included West End stars, Zoe George, Stefan Pejic and NBLM’s Lucy Cadbury. For more information about Re:ACT theatre, visit reacttheatre.co.uk
