A TRACTOR was damaged after catching fire in Wiveliscombe.
One fire engine from the town and another from Wellington were sent to Challick Lane at 4.19pm today (May 3).
On arrival, crews confirmed that this tractor was well alight and approximately 100 metres from the main highway.
The fire was extinguished using one foam jet and one main jet.
The cause of the fire was accidental and there was 50 per cent damage to the vehicle by heat and smoke.
