TRAFFIC: There's reports of an abandoned car on Howleigh Lane on Blagdon Hill
AN ABANDONED vehicle on Howleigh Lane on Blagdon Hill is partly obstructing the road.
Drivers heading towards Lowton and Chelmsine are being urged to take care.
The incident was origianlly reported as a crash but a spokesperson for the police said a vehicle has been abandoned.
