A TRACTOR driver who caused the death of a motorist has been jailed.
Piotr Trojanowski, 41, drove a DAF articulated tractor and trailer in such a dangerous manner that it led to a collision with another vehicle.
The incident on the M5 near Highbridge last October resulted in the death of the other motorist.
Trojanowski, 41, of Weston, was sent down for 54 months after pleading guilty at Bristol Crown Court to causing death by dangerous driving.
He was also ordered to pay a £120 victim surcharge, was banned from driving for seven years and told he will have to pass an extended driving test before he can get behind the wheel again.
