A WHOLESOME family show focusing on doing things properly like they used to, takes place at Leaze Farm, Haselbury Plucknett, next weekend.

South Somerset Agriculture Preservation Club has organised the Yesterday’s Farming Show 2014, A Gateway Back to the Past, on Saturday and Sunday.

A display of just under 200 vintage tractors will be on show, along with two giant steam ploughing engines, hedge laying, Thatchers Cider Making and much more.

Children can even race against ferrets. Donations will go to Yeovil Freewheelers.

Gates are open from 10am-5pm each day and entry is £7 adults, £6 OAPs and children £1.

Children under five get in free accompanied by a paying adult. Dogs are welcome if they are kept on a lead. For more information, visit yesterdaysfarming.co.uk
