A CENTRE which helps people with learning disabilities in Chard has received cash from the county council.
Future 4 Chard, at the Laurel Resource Centre, ensures people achieve their goals or have the opportunity to try new things.
Cllr Nigel Pearson, who represents Chard North on Somerset County Council, gave the centre a cheque for £987.
The money is for iPads to help with projects ranging from river studies and bird watching to promoting health and well-being.
