HEALTHIER eating is on the menu for children at St Peter’s School in Williton after a Change 4 Life Day.

Pupils and parents learned all about healthy eating by having a go at cooking their own and a competition for the healthiest lunchbox.

The day was a follow-up to the Tesco Farm to Fork visits. Professor Salt, Sugar and Lard conducted experiments with everyday foods at the Change 4 Life Day.

A spokesperson from the school said: “The children and parents all enjoyed themselves and learned a lot.

“The children have really embraced the fact that they can make a smart swap and still enjoy their food.”
