MEMBERS of a children’s charity have walked 122 miles from Birmingham to Somerset dressed as Mickey and Minnie Mouse to help flood victims.
Matt Denning, 28, founder of the Birmingham-based charity Matt’s Mission, and his partner Cherie Murphy-Gillon, dressed as the cartoon characters and walked for five days to get to Somerset, stopping off to do charitable deeds along the way.
The team visited Moorland to help villagers with the clean-up and raised £500 from the walk.
