Glastonbury Festival chance for poets
POETS, wordsmiths, spoken word artists, ‘raconteurs’ – Glastonbury Festival is urging anyone with a flair for language to apply for a slot on its poetry stage in June.
Experienced writers and performers have until Saturday, March 7, to email a brief bio to poetryandwords@hotmail.co.uk and a one- to three-minute file – video, audio or both – of a performance.
Booked poets will receive a ticket and camping pitch in the backstage of the Poetry&Words tent.
